ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Business Analyst, you will work broadly with digitalization, data, and process automation. You will be responsible for identifying manual tasks, understanding data flows, and translating these into effective and sustainable solutions. Here, you will have the opportunity to create value by streamlining processes and contributing to a more data-driven way of working.

Among other things, you will work with:

• Automating processes and reducing manual controls in systems
• Working with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) as well as QlikView
• Mapping and understanding data flows and system landscapes
• Developing business cases and visualizing the value of automation
• Creating presentations and decision-making materials
• Acting as a bridge between business operations and technology

The role is both operational and strategic, where you are expected to drive initiatives forward and contribute to a more data-driven approach.

You will become part of a competent team of approximately 14 people, many of whom have high system expertise. The role involves significant personal responsibility and excellent opportunities to influence how the area develops.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Has strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in data, technology, and business results.
• Has a strong interest in data, technology, and business development.
• Has experience with or understanding of BI tools, such as Power BI.
• Is comfortable with SQL and Excel.
• Has basic programming knowledge, for example Python (for simple scripts).
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• It is an advantage if you have:
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Worked with data modeling or data flows.
• Experience with QlikView or similar tools.

This is initially a consulting assignment with good opportunities for transition to permanent employment with the client.
